Lead Packages Service Description and Terms

Overview

Lead Packages provide a consistent monthly flow of verified homeowner requests for real estate professionals. The service is designed to be flexible and transparent — no long-term commitments or hidden fees.

1. Subscription and payment

Lead packages are recurring monthly subscriptions. You receive the number of leads included in your package. Available packages are listed on the pricing page.

Prices exclude VAT. Leads are delivered throughout the calendar month. Payment is charged automatically based on your selected billing method.

2. Lead delivery

Leads are delivered evenly throughout the month via our platform. Every lead is reviewed and verified before delivery to ensure high quality.

Each lead typically includes:

  • Contact details (name, phone, email)
  • Basic property info (location, type, size, valuation need)
  • Client message or additional notes

Leads are delivered from the municipal area agreed upon when the subscription begins.

3. Changes during the agreement

The delivery area can be changed at any time during the subscription period. Before approving the change, we verify that the full number of leads for your package can be delivered from the new area. If we cannot guarantee monthly volume in the new region, we reserve the right to decline the area change.

You can upgrade your package at any time during the billing period. In that case, your invoice for the current month is adjusted to reflect the new package price. Downgrading to a smaller package is possible at the end of a billing cycle, and the new package takes effect in the following period.

4. Service fees

The subscription period is a calendar month and renews automatically unless canceled before the start of the next period.

The service is billed once per month at the end of each calendar month based on the selected package. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the full agreed number of leads during the month, the fee is adjusted proportionally based on the number of leads actually delivered.

Example: If only 7 out of 10 leads are delivered, the service fee for that month is 70% of the normal package price.

5. Cancellation and contract terms

There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current calendar month. The notice period is mutual and applies equally to both parties.

Cancellation can be done via customer support or by logging in to your portal account.

6. Quality guarantee & replacements

If a lead turns out to be clearly invalid (e.g., a non-functioning phone number or fake data), you can report it and we’ll replace it at no extra cost. We also replace leads that are not from the agreed area.

Our goal is to provide genuinely useful leads — not just fill a quota.
