Service overview
Agent Visibility is a subscription-based add-on service offered by RealtySignal for real estate agents. The purpose of the service is to provide the agent with visibility to homeowners who want to compare multiple local agents during the offer request process.
The service is not lead sales and does not guarantee the number of contacts or assignments.
How the service works
An agent subscribing to Agent Visibility:
- Is shown to homeowners as an additional option when they want to request more offers.
- Appears in all areas where the agent has indicated they are active.
- Is presented in a profile card that includes basic details, regional activity, and information based on recent sales.
The homeowner decides whom they want to request an offer from. RealtySignal does not direct, recommend, or guarantee the selection of any individual agent.
Basis for visibility
An agent’s visibility in Agent Visibility is based on, among other things:
- Declared service areas
- Recent sales and local activity
- An active subscription to the service
RealtySignal reserves the right to change the visibility order, presentation, or criteria as the service evolves.
Relationship to other RealtySignal services
Agent Visibility:
- Does not replace lead packages or individual offer requests.
- Complements other products and services.
- Does not affect distribution of separately purchased leads or offer requests.
Services are priced and operate independently unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing and billing
The service is billed monthly. Pricing follows the current price list and may vary by market area. Up-to-date pricing is available on RealtySignal’s website.
Cancellation and validity
The subscription is valid on a month-by-month basis. The agent can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. No refunds are provided for unused time.
No guarantee of contacts
RealtySignal does not guarantee:
- The number of contacts
- The generation of offer requests
- The completion of assignments or transactions
The service provides visibility and the opportunity to be selected, but the final decision always rests with the homeowner.
Profile information and responsibilities
The agent is responsible for ensuring:
- Profile information is correct and up to date.
- Service areas and descriptions reflect actual operations.
- Contacts are handled professionally and lawfully.
RealtySignal reserves the right to remove or limit visibility if the service is used in violation of the terms.

Agent Visibility is also subject to RealtySignal’s general terms of use and any other applicable service-specific terms in effect at the time.
